How Do I Configure a Subcontractor Type?
The system includes a feature for configuring Subcontractor Types, allowing you to create fully customised categories based on your organisation’s specific requirements. When setting up a subcontractor, you assign it a Type, which defines the set of documents required to ensure compliance.
This article includes step-by-step instructions on how to configure a Subcontractor Type.
- On the left side menu, go to Settings and click Subcontractor Types.
- Click +New Subcontractor Type.
- Enter the Name, and Description.
- Choose the Subcontractor Document Type from the dropdown options.
- Click Save & Submit.
This is required before you can configure a Subcontractor Type:
- Create Subcontractor Document Type
- A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields i.e. name.
- A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work i.e. description and document types.
