How Do I Set Up a Sub-subcontractor on the System?


A Sub-Subcontractor is someone who is hired by a Subcontractor to carry out a part of work that a subcontractor has been contracted to do. Documenting Sub-Subcontractors on the system helps to ensure compliance and health and safety.


There a are two ways to set up a Sub-subcontractor on the system:

  1. Select an existing subcontractor
  2. Create a new one

When you begin setting up a new sub-subcontractor, the system will automatically prompt you to select an existing subcontractor.


This article includes step-by-step instructions on how to add a Sub-subcontractor.


To select an existing subcontractor:

  1. On the left side menu, click Sub-Subcontractors.
  2. Click +New Sub-Subcontractor.
  3. Choose the Subcontractor(s) from the dropdown options.
  4. Select the Sub-Subcontractors from the dropdown options.
  5. Click Save & Submit.


To create a new sub-subcontractor:

  1. On the left side menu, click Sub-Subcontractors.
  2. Click +New Sub-Subcontractor.
  3. Click Create a new one below the dropdown options.
  4. Enter the Sub-Subcontractor Name, Contact Name, Contact Email and Phone.
  5. Select the Sub-Subcontractor Type from the dropdown options.
  6. Select the Location(s) from the dropdown options.
  7. Click Save & Submit.

  1. Set up Subcontractors
  2. Set up Sub-Subcontractors
  3. Set up Notifications
  4. Set up Subcontractor Types
  5. Set up Locations


  1. A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields.
