How Do I Approve Employee Documents?
The system allows employees to upload their assigned documents, which may be required for compliance. These documents can be approved or rejected by administrators. Approvals can be carried out via the general People module page or through the People Matrix System.
To Approve Employee Documents from the People Module:
- On the left column, go to People.
- Click on the relevant employee.
- Scroll down to the Uploaded Documents & Certificates section.
- Click on the document you'd like to approve or reject.
- At the bottom of the document, click ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’.
- A pop-up will show where you have the option to add comments.
- Click ‘Save & Submit’.
To Approve Employee Documents from the People Matrix System:
- On the left column, go to People.
- Click the Matrix tab at the top of the page.
- Click on the relevant document.
- Click the X icon to reject the document or the Tick icon to approve the document.
- A pop-up will show where you have the option to add comments.
- Click Save & Submit.
