How Do I Access the History of Employee Check Sheets?


The system stores the history of employee check sheets which can be accessed by administrators.


  1. On the left column, go to ‘Emp. Check Sheets’.
  2. Click on the relevant employee intervention.
  3. Scroll down to the ‘History’ section.
  • This section shows the details of the employee check sheet, including the status, form and date.
