How Do I Re-take a Course When it has Expired?
If a course has expired, a user will need to re-take the course if they wish to become compliant again and obtain the relevant certificates needed for their role.
- On the left column, go to ‘Courses’. Here, you will see a list of courses that have been assigned to you.
- Click on the course you wish to re-take.
- Click ‘Start’ at the top right corner of the page.
- To complete the course, you must read each page and complete all exercises included in the course. There may also be examinations included at the end of the course, you must pass this in order to complete the course and receive a certificate.
