How Do I Assign Projects to Trainee Document Types?

Projects can be assigned to trainee document types to link specific projects with the relevant document requirements


  1. On the left column, go to Settings and click Trainee Document Types.
  2. Click on the trainee document type you’d like to assign projects to.
  3. Scroll down to the Projects section.
  4. Click Allocate/Deallocate Projects.
  5. Two sections will show Select to Add and Select to Remove with a list of projects, tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
  6. You also have the option to select all by clicking the blue tick at the top of the page.
  7. To deselect all, click on the red X at the top of the page.
  8. Click the arrow button.
  9. Click Close.


  1. The projects you have selected are now assigned to the trainee document type.
