How Do I Assign User Roles to Trainee Document Types?

User roles can be assigned to trainee document types in order to link specific roles with the relevant document requirements


  1. On the left column, go to Settings and click Trainee Document Types.
  2. Click on the trainee document type you’d like to assign user roles to.
  3. Scroll down to the Roles section.
  4. Click Allocate/Deallocate Roles.
  5. Two sections will show Select to Add and Select to Remove with a list of user roles, tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
  6. You also have the option to select all by clicking the blue tick at the top of the page.
  7. To deselect all, click on the red X at the top of the page.
  8. Click the arrow button.
  9. Click Close.


  1. The user roles you have selected are now assigned to the trainee document type.
