How Do I Add Steps to an E-Permit Type?
Steps can be added to E-Permit Types to define various stages, ensuring a thorough and structured approval process. Steps can be added to existing E-Permit Types. It is important that digitised E-Permit Type forms are created before adding E-Permit Steps.
- On the left column, go to Settings and click E-Permit Types.
- Click on the E-Permit Type you wish to add steps to.
- In the Sections section, click New Section.
- Enter the name.
- Select the phase from the dropdown options.
- Select the form from the dropdown options.
- Tick the box if the step required administrator approval.
- Select the role(s) from the dropdown options.
- Click Save & Submit.
