How Do I Reassign an Expired Document?


When a document on the system reaches its expiry date, the system offers the option to reassign it.


  1. On the left column, go to the relevant module, e.g. People.
  2. Click on the relevant item.
  3. Scroll down to the Documents & Training section.
  4. The document status is shown beside the document heading.
  5. Click the red X at the top right corner of the document to delete it.
  6. Click Save & Submit.
  7. Re-upload the document by dragging and dropping the document to the white box or click on the white box and select the document from your files.
