How Do I Change the Order of Assessments in a Course?


When a course has been added to the system and more than one assessment has been added to the course, you can change the order in which they have to be taken.

 

  • On the left column, go to ‘Courses’.
  • Click on the relevant course name.
  • Click on the course ‘Certificates’ tab which is the second tab at the top of the page.
  • Click the down arrow beside ‘Rules/Order’ to expand that section.
  • Click on the 'Assessments' section.
  • Drag and drop the assessments to the preferred order.
  • If you want to lock the sequence in which the assessments have to be taken to create a linear learning experience, select the boxes on the right hand side beside each assessment. If this box is ticked, the assessment can only be taken once the previous assessment has been completed.
  • Click ‘Save Changes’.
