How Do I Assign Projects and Locations to Passes?
The Passes module enables the issuing of passes to projects and locations for access to restricted areas. Administrators can assign passes to projects and locations.
- On the left column, go to Passes.
- Click on the pass you wish to assign projects and locations to.
- Scroll down to the Projects and Locations section.
- Click Allocate/Deallocate Projects/Locations.
- Two sections will show Select to Add and Select to Remove with a list of projects/locations, tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
- You also have the option to select all by clicking the blue tick at the top of the page.
- To deselect all, click on the red X at the top of the page.
- Click the arrow button.
- Click Close.
The projects/locations you have selected are now assigned to the pass.
