How Do I add a Lesson?

Lessons can be added to the LMS (Learning Management System) and incorporated into existing courses. Lessons can be created using external authoring software or through the LMS’s built-in functionality, which allows PDF documents and other files to be uploaded as lesson content.

Including lessons in a course is important because they:

  1. Organise content into manageable sections, making it easier for learners to follow and absorb information step by step.
  2. Support structured learning, guiding learners through topics in a logical sequence.
  3. Help track progress, allowing both learners and instructors to monitor completion and understanding.
  4. Enhance engagement, by breaking the course into focused, goal-oriented segments.
  5. Allow for targeted assessments, ensuring comprehension at each stage before moving on.
