How Do I Assign and Unassign Drivers to Vehicles?


You can assign existing users to vehicles, allowing them to use the vehicle and carry out inspections. Users linked to a vehicle can upload the necessary documents and view details about the vehicle.


  1. On the left menu, click Vehicles.
  2. Click on the vehicle you want to add drivers to.
  3. Scroll down to the Drivers section.
  4. Click Allocate/Deallocate Drivers.
  5. Two sections will show Select to Add and Select to Remove with a list of people on the system.
  6. Tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
  7. You also have the option to select all, click on the blue tick at the top of the page.
  8. To deselect all, click on the red X at the top of the page.
  9. Click the arrow button.
  10. Click Close.
  11. The drivers you have selected will now be added to the vehicle.


This is required before you can add drivers to a vehicle:

  1. Set up Employees.
  2. Set up Vehicles.
