The Locations Module – EHS
The Locations module contains all locations that have been added to the system, along with their associated details. Administrators can add new locations to the system.
Assigning Locations
Location Administrators and Managers can be assigned to existing locations. Once assigned, they are granted access to view and make modifications to those locations.
Subcontractors can be allocated to specific locations. Each subcontractor company can only have access to the information for the locations they have been assigned to.
Subcontractors can assign employees and sub-subcontractors to a location once all required documentation for that location has been approved. If the necessary documents have not been approved, the option to assign personnel will not be available.
Location Requirements and Documentation
Custom compliance requirements can be created for each location. These may include subcontractor documents, employee documents, or employee training requirements.
Location compliance documents can be configured via the ‘Settings’ menu.
Subcontractor administrators and personnel assigned to a location can upload location-specific documents via their portal.
All location documentation must be approved by an administrator before a contractor or employee is marked as “compliant” for that location.

For each document, it is possible to indicate whether it should be considered for compliance purposes (“Required”) or not.
Employees with access to the LMS (Learning Management System) can complete any training assigned to the location they are working at by logging into their portal.
Location Hours
Hours can be recorded for each location. Once hours have been added, the system calculates the total man-hours based on the creation date of the location and the number of employees assigned to it.
Location Coordinates
The Location Coordinates functionality allows users to select a geographical point on a map to represent the location. This feature is available as an optional add-on at an additional cost.
