How Do I Issue a Pass?


A Pass is required for employees to undertake certain tasks or activities that may carry a high level of risk. If an employee does not hold the appropriate Pass, they are not permitted to carry out the job in question.


  1. On the left side menu, click Passes.
  2. Click New Pass.
  3. Enter the Name and Description.
  4. Select the Documents & Training, Employee Training and Online Training from the dropdown options (you can select multiple).
  5. Click Save & Submit.


  1. A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields i.e. name.


  1. A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work i.e. description and training.


This is required before you can add a pass:

  1. Set up Employee Documents
  2. Set up Employee Training
  3. Set up Courses
