How Do I Issue a Pass?


The Passes module enables the issuing of passes to employees for access to restricted areas. This ensures that only those with the appropriate training and documentation can enter designated zones, thereby helping to prevent accidents and maintain site safety.


Administrators can assign passes to:

  1. Individual employees
  2. Specific locations
  3. Projects
  4. Employee roles


Once a pass has been assigned, employees will be permitted access to the relevant site or area - provided they meet all pass requirements.

Employees linked to a location, project, or role with an assigned pass will have access to that pass if they are compliant in the system.


To Issue a Pass:

  1. On the left side menu, click Passes.
  2. Click +New Pass.
  3. Enter the Name and Description of the Pass.
  4. Select the Documents & Training, Employee Training and Online Training from the dropdown options (you can select multiple).
  5. Click Save & Submit.


  1. A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields i.e. name.


  1. A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work i.e. description and training.


This is required before you can add a pass:

  1. Set up Employee Documents
  2. Set up Employee Training
  3. Set up Courses
