How Do I Issue a Pass?
A Pass is required for employees to carry out certain jobs and actions that may be of high risk. If an employee does not have a pass, they will not be able to carry out the job that requires a pass.
- On the left side menu, click ‘Passes’.
- Click ‘+New Pass’.
- Enter the Name and Description.
- Select the Documents & Training, Employee Training and Online Training from the dropdown options (you can select multiple).
- Click 'Save & Submit'.
- A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields i.e. name.
- A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work i.e. description and training.
This is required before you can add a pass:
- Set up Employee Documents
- Set up Employee Training
- Set up Courses
