How Do I Assign Trainees to a User Role?
Assigning user roles to trainees links them to their relevant role within the system.
- On the left column, go to Settings and click User Roles.
- Click on the role you wish to assign trainees to.
- Scroll down to the Trainees section.
- Click Allocate/Deallocate Trainees.
- Two sections will show Select to Add and Select to Remove with a list of trainees, tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
- You also have the option to select all by clicking the blue tick at the top of the page.
- To deselect all, click on the red X at the top of the page.
- Click the arrow button.
- Click Close.
- The trainees you have selected are now assigned to the user role.
