How Do I Assign Trainees to a User Role?


Assigning user roles to trainees links them to their relevant role within the system.


  1. On the left column, go to Settings and click 'User Roles'.
  2. Click on the role you'd like to assign trainees to.
  3. Scroll down to the 'Trainees' section.
  4. Click 'Allocate/Deallocate Trainees’.
  5. Two sections will show ‘Select to Add’ and ‘Select to Remove’ with a list of trainees, tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
  6. You also have the option to select all by clicking the blue tick at the top of the page.
  7. To deselect all, click on the red ‘X’ at the top of the page.
  8. Click the arrow button.
  9. Click 'Close'.
  10. The trainees you have selected are now assigned to the user role.
