How Do I Add a Subcontractor Evaluation?


A Subcontractor Evaluation is used to review and document a subcontractor’s performance. It is important to record these evaluations within the system, as they help monitor performance and identify any issues that could impact health and safety in the workplace.


There are two ways to add a subcontractor evaluation:

  1. In the Subcontractor Evaluation module.
  2. In the Actions functionality in the Subcontractors module.


To add a Subcontractor Evaluation in the Subcontractors Evaluations Module:

  1. On the left column, click Sub. Evaluations.
  2. Click New Subcontractor Evaluation.
  3. Select the Subcontractor and Evaluation Type from the dropdown options.
  4. Enter the Cost.
  5. Click Save & Submit.


To add a Subcontractor Evaluation in the Subcontractors Module:

  1. On the left column, click Subcontractors.
  2. In the Actions column, click New Evaluation beside the relevant subcontractor name. The subcontractors name will appear automatically. You can change this by selecting a different subcontractor from the dropdown options.
  3. Select the Evaluation Type from the dropdown options.
  4. Click Save & Submit.


This is required before you can add a Subcontractor Evaluation:

  1. Set up Subcontractors
  2. Create the Evaluation Type
  3. Create Digitised Evaluation Forms


  1. A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields.


Other Options:

  1. Under the dropdown options, you will see an option to add more evaluation types, by clicking the ‘Here’ button highlighted. This will take you to the subcontractor types section - be cautious that when you click this button, the details you have entered will be deleted.
