How Do I Assign and Unassign Jobs to Employees?


The Jobs Module enables efficient management of jobs, including the assignment of roles and tasks to users, and ensuring compliance by associating the necessary job-related documentation and training.


  1. On the left column, go to Jobs.
  2. Click on the job you wish to assign/unassign employees to.
  3. Scroll down to the People section.
  4. Click Allocate/Deallocate People.
  5. Two sections will show Select to Add and Select to Remove with a list of employees, tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
  6. You also have the option to select all by clicking the blue tick at the top of the page.
  7. To deselect all, click on the red X at the top of the page.
  8. Click the arrow button.
  9. Click Close.
  10. The employees you have selected are now assigned to the job.
