If a user is unable to access their induction, one common cause is logging into the wrong part of the system.
Users trying to access induction training must be in the LMS module, as the induction courses are hosted there. Logging into the EHS module may prevent the induction from appearing or being accessible.
Users can switch between systems by logging into the system and clicking the buttons (EHS, LMS, MMS, QMS) which are located at the top of the page.
