How Do I Take a Course Before it Expires?
Users have the option to retake a course before it expires to ensure they maintain compliance and are up to date on training.
- Click on the course name that is about to expire.
- A message will show stating that you are within the 30 days in which you can retake the course before it expires, as well as instructions on how to retake the course.
- Click 'Start Again' at the top right of the page.
The user will now be able to retake the course and the expiry date will be changed.
