People Module (QMS) Overview

The People System Matrix offers administrators a quick overview of employee compliance. The matrix is presented in a rows and columns format and includes the following features:

  1. Document Statuses: Different icons are used to indicate the status of each employee's documents, such as approved, pending, expired, or rejected.

  1. Document Approval/Rejection: Administrators can approve or reject documents directly from the matrix view, streamlining the compliance management process.

  1. Data Filtering: The matrix allows for filtering based on specific criteria, making it easy to view and manage employees with matching document statuses or compliance needs.
