How Do I Upload Supporting Documents to a Change Request?
Attaching supporting documents to a change request enables administrators to provide additional relevant information they believe will be helpful when requesting a change to a part of the system.
There are two ways to upload a supporting document to a change request:
- Upload a supporting document when adding a change request to the system.
- Upload a supporting document to an existing change request on the system.
To upload a supporting document when adding a change request:
- On the left menu, click Change Requests.
- Click New Change Request.
- Enter the Title and Description.
- Select the Locations, Departments and Document Controls from the dropdown options.
- Drag and drop the document to the white box or click on the white box and select the document from your files.
- Click Save & Submit.
To upload a supporting document to an existing change request:
- On the left column, go to Change Requests.
- Click on the change request you want to upload a document to.
- Scroll down to the Change Request Records section.
- Drag and drop the document to the white box or click on the white box and select the document from your files.
- Enter any relevant comments and click Save and Submit.
