How Do I Find Archived Data in the System?


The system includes functionality that allows data to be archived. Archived data can be easily accessed and recovered by administrators.


To Access Archived Data on the System:

  1. Go to the relevant module.
  2. Click Archived at the top of the page.
  3. A list of archived items appears on this page, where you can recover and delete items.


To Recover Archived Items:

  1. Go to the relevant module.
  2. Click Archived at the top of the page.
  3. Click Recover beside the relevant item.
  4. A pop-up notification will show asking if you are sure you want to recover the item. If you are sure, click Save & Submit.
  5. The recovered item can now be found in the modules general page.


To Delete Archived Items:

  1. Go to the relevant module.
  2. Click Archived at the top of the page.
  3. Click Delete beside the relevant item.
  4. A pop-up notification will show asking if you are sure you want to delete the item. If you are sure, click Save & Submit.
  5. Note that this action will permanently delete the item, and it cannot be recovered.
