Administrator Roles and Access Rights
When setting up administrators, the role is required to be selected.
Administrator Roles include:
EHS Administrator Roles
- Admin - High Level:
- General Administrator with full visibility of all information in the system and the ability to interact with the system on all levels provides access to all active modules.
- Access Security - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role to approve/reject access events, such as signing in and out of a location (EHS module only).
- Location Manager - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role with access to location information only; the Location manager role is a read-only role that is not able to alter information on the system. Users with this role are only able to access information for locations they are assigned to (EHS module only).
- Location Administrator - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role with access to location information only; the Location administrator role is able to alter information on the system, but only for the locations the user is assigned to (LMS module only).
- Project Manager - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role with access to project information only; the Location manager role is a read-only role that is not able to alter information on the system. Users with this role are only able to access information for projects they are assigned to (EHS module only).
- Project Administrator - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role with access to project information only; the Project administrator role is able to alter information on the system, but only for the projects the user is assigned to (LMS module only).
- Location Sector Administrator - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role with access to location-specific information in one or more sectors the person holding the role has been assigned. This is an editable role (EHS module only).
- Project Sector Administrator - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role with access to project-specific information in one or more sectors the person holding the role has been assigned. This is an editable role (EHS module only).
- Subcontractor Documents Administrator - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Role with access to the Subcontractor document functionality only. This role can approve or reject contractor documentation (EHS module only).
- Plant Manager - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role with access to the Plant section. This role can carry out inspections both through the system and through the support app. The role can also set up plant and equipment. This is a system-wide with access to the full plant register (EHS module only).
- Project Plant Manager - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role with access to the Plant section. This role can carry out inspections both through the system and through the support app. The role can also set up plant and equipment. This role is project-based with access to the plant register for the projects the holder of the role has been assigned (EHS module only).
- Site Contact/Location Job Administrator - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role with primary responsibility for managing jobs in a location. Responsible for approving job documents (EHS module only).
- Project Job Administrator - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role with primary responsibility for managing jobs in a project. Responsible for approving job documents (EHS module only).
EHS Other Roles
- Direct Employee
- Client company employee. System setting “Employee can Login” required (System approval required) (LMS, QMS, MMS).
- Subcontractor Employee
- System setting “Employee can Login” required (System approval not required) (LMS, QMS, MMS).
- Subcontractor Administrator - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrator with access to specifies courses only (EHS module only).
LMS Administrator Roles
- Admin - High Level
- General Administrator with full visibility of all information in the system and the ability to interact with the system on all levels.
- Trainer - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrator with access to specifies courses only (LMS module only).
- Location Administrator - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role with access to location information only; the Location administrator role is able to alter Locations module must be active LMS system only information on the system (LMS module only).
- Project Administrator - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role with access to project information only; the Project administrator role is able to alter information on the system, but only for the projects the user is assigned to (LMS module only).
LMS Other Roles

- Administrator with access to regional information only
- Location Administrator - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role with access to location information only; the Location administrator role is able to alter information on the system, but only for the locations the user is assigned to.
- Department Administrator - Lower Level (Cut-down)
- Administrative role with access to department information only; the Department Administrator role is able to alter information on the system, but only for the projects the user is assigned to.
