How Do I Filter the System Matrix?
The filter can be used to show specific types of information you want to see. You can select multiple filters, and you have the option to save filters so they can be applied again. The matrix is accessible in multiple modules on the system - the Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors, Stores, People, and Jobs.
To access the system matrix:
- Go to the module you want to access the matrix.
- Click 'Matrix' beside at the top of the page.
To filter the system matrix:
- Go to the system matrix you want to filter - the matrix is access
- Click 'Filters' in the top right corner.
- A list of options will show that you will be able to filter.
- Click the down arrow beside the option heading.
- Select from the dropdown options what you want to show.
- Click 'X' at the top of the page.
- The options you have selected will now show in the matrix.
To Save a Filter:
- Select the data you want to save from the dropdown options.
- Click ‘Save Filters’.
- You will be able to access your saved filters by choosing from the dropdown options under ‘Saved Filters’.
To remove a filter:
- Click ‘Filters’ at the top right corner of the page.
- Click the red paint brush icon beside the option you previously selected.
- Click ‘X’ at the top of the page.
