How Do I Assign Trainee Documents to a User Role?


Trainee documents can be added to user roles to link the documents to the role.


  1. On the left column, go to 'Settings' and click 'User Roles'.
  2. Click on the role you want to assign trainee documents to.
  3. Scroll down to the ‘Trainee Document Types’ section.
  4. Click ‘Allocate/Deallocate Trainee Document Types’.
  5. Two sections will show ‘Select to Add’ and ‘Select to Remove’ with a list of trainee documents, tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
  6. You also have the option to select all, click on the blue tick at the top of the page.
  7. To deselect all, click on the red ‘X’ at the top of the page.
  8. Click the arrow button.
  9. Click 'Close'.
  • The trainee documents you have selected are now assigned to the user role.
