How Do I Assign Trainee Documents to a User Role?


Trainee documents can be assigned to user roles to link specific documents to the relevant role..


  1. On the left column, go to Settings and click User Roles.
  2. Click on the role you wish to assign trainee documents to.
  3. Scroll down to the Trainee Document Types section.
  4. Click Allocate/Deallocate Trainee Document Types.
  5. Two sections will show Select to Add and Select to Remove with a list of trainee documents, tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
  6. You also have the option to select all by clicking the blue tick at the top of the page.
  7. To deselect all, click on the red X at the top of the page.
  8. Click the arrow button.
  9. Click Close.
  10. The trainee documents you have selected are now assigned to the user role.
