How Do I Manually Assign Documents to Trainees?
Administrators can manually assign documents to trainees by accessing the System Matrix.
- On the left column, go to People.
- Click Matrix which is the second tab at the top of the page.
- Beside the trainees name you want to assign, click on the grey icon which is located below the document name.
- A pop-up message will show asking if you’re sure you want to assign the document to the trainee. If you are sure, click Save & Submit.
