How Do I Assign an Employee to a Location?

Assigning employees to a location within the system records their placement, including the county, country, and sector to which they have been assigned. Accurately documenting these assignments is important, as it helps ensure that all relevant documentation and training are in place, thereby maintaining compliance.


To Assign Employees to a Location Via the Locations Module:

  1. On the left column, go to Locations.
  2. Click on the location you want to allocate/deallocate an employee to.
  3. Scroll down to the People section.
  4. Click Allocate/Deallocate People.
  5. Two sections will show Select to Add and Select to Remove with a list of people.
  6. Tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
  7. You also have the option to select all people, click on the blue tick at the top of the page.
  8. To deselect all people, click on the red X at the top of the page.
  9. Click the arrow button.
  10. Click Close.


To Assign Employees to a Location Via the People Module:

  1. On the left column, go to People.
  2. Click on the employee you want to allocate/deallocate.
  3. Scroll down to the Locations section.
  4. Click Allocate/Deallocate Locations.
  5. Two sections will show Select to Add and Select to Remove with a list of Locations.
  6. Tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
  7. You also have the option to select all locations, click on the blue tick at the top of the page.
  8. To deselect all locations, click on the red X at the top of the page.
  9. Click the arrow button


The employee will now be assigned to the locations you have selected.
