How Do I Configure an SSWP Type?
SSWP Types are used to classify SSWPs and ensure that each one meets the necessary compliance and regulatory standards. During the setup of a new SSWP, the user selects the appropriate type, which automatically determines the documents, safety measures, and workflow requirements associated with that specific category of work.
This article includes step-by-step instructions on how to configure an SSWP Type.
- On the left column, go to Settings and click SSWP Types.
- Click Create new SSWP Type.
- Enter the Name and Description of the SSWP.
- Select the Document Type from the dropdown options.
- If you select File Upload - a tick box will appear that includes the option to select Only .pdf are allowed.
- If you select Digitised Form Filling - a dropdown option appears below where you must select a form relevant to the Type.
- Click Save & Submit.
This is required before you can configure an SSWP Type:
- Digitise SSWP Forms
- A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields.
- A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work.
