How to Check Into a Location Through the Access Module


Once access is granted, employees can check in to a location through their personal portal.


  1. When you have logged in to the system, go to Access on the left column.
  2. Click View beside the relevant location.
  3. Fill in the form and click Save Changes.
  4. Click Check-in at the bottom right corner of the page.
  5. Fill out the Check-in forms and click Save Changes.
  6. When this is completed, the access status will show as Awaiting Check-In Approval.
  7. An e-mail notification will be sent when the check in has been approved.
