How to Check Into a Location Through the Access Module
Once access is granted, employees can check in to a location through their personal portal.
- When you have logged in to the system, go to Access on the left column.
- Click View beside the relevant location.
- Fill in the form and click Save Changes.
- Click Check-in at the bottom right corner of the page.
- Fill out the Check-in forms and click Save Changes.
- When this is completed, the access status will show as Awaiting Check-In Approval.
- An e-mail notification will be sent when the check in has been approved.
