The Projects/Departments Module
The Projects/Departments module includes all projects/departments that have been added to the system and their details. Administrators can add projects and departments to the system.
Assigning Projects/Departments
Project Administrators and Managers can be assigned to existing projects. When administrators are assigned to a project, they can access and make changes to the project.
Subcontractors can be assigned to the specific projects they are required to do work at. Each Subcontractor company only has access to the details of the project they have been assigned to.
Subcontractors can assign employees and sub-subcontractors to a project when their required project documents are approved. If the required documents are not approved, the option to assign sub-subcontractors and employees to the project is not available.
Project Requirements and Documents
It is possible to create specific compliance requirements for each project. These can be Subcontractor and Employee documents or Employee training requirements.
Project compliance documents can be configured in the ‘Settings’ menu.
Subcontractor administrators and people who are assigned to a project can upload project documents from their portal.
Project documents must be approved by an administrator before a contractor or employee shows as “compliant” for the project.

For each document it is possible to select whether it should be taken into account for compliance (“Required”) or not.
Employees who have access to the LMS (Learning Management System) can complete training that is assigned to the project they are assigned to by logging into their portal.
Project hours
Project hours can be added to existing projects. When hours are added to a project, the system calculates the total man-hours based on the creation date of the project and the number of employees assigned to the project.
