How Do I Change the Order of Users in an Approval Path?


Document approvals are carried out by individuals assigned to an approval path. The order in which users are arranged in the approval path determines the sequence of approvals required to complete the process.


  1. On the left column, go to Settings and click Approval Paths.
  2. Click on the relevant approval path.
  3. In the Users section, drag and drop the users to your preferred location.
  4. Click Save Changes.
