How Do I Add a County?


Adding Counties to the system can help to include more information on other parts and Locations on the system.


  • On the left side menu, click ‘Counties’.
  • Click ‘+ New County’.
  • Select the Country and Counties from the dropdown options.
  • Enter the description.
  • Click ‘Save & Submit’.


  • Note that when a new county is created, an automated notification will be sent to the contractor.


  • A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields i.e. countries and counties.


  • A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work i.e. description.
