Jobs System Matrix


The Jobs System Matrix provides a concise overview of the current status of jobs recorded within the system, along with any associated documents and forms. This information is displayed in a structured, tabular format using rows and columns. The matrix allows users to view the full list of jobs on the system, including their job code, title, and current status.


To Access the Jobs Matrix System:

  1. On the left column, go to Jobs.
  2. Click Matrix.
  3. The Code column shows the job codes.
  4. The ‘Job Title’ column shows the title of the jobs.


The Status column shows the status of the jobs.

Job Statuses Include:

  1. In progress – the job is currently in progress.
  2. Complete – the job has been finished.
  3. Awaiting Approval – the job is pending approval by an administrator.
  4. Missing Requirements – the job is missing documents or forms need to be filled.


The names of the relevant forms and documents are displayed, along with their current status. Statuses are indicated using coloured icons for quick visual reference. By hovering your cursor over an icon, you can view additional details such as the status of the form or document, as well as the date it was assigned.

  1. A green tick means the document is compliant.
  2. A red x means the document is not compliant.
  3. A yellow timer means the document is awaiting approval.
  4. A blue question mark means the job is missing required documents.
  5. A grey question mark means the document is inactive.


  1. You can filter what you want to see by clicking Filter at the top of the page. Choose from the dropdown options what you want to see, and click X.
  2. To remove a filter, click the paint brush icon beside what you have previously selected.
