Jobs System Matrix


The Jobs System Matrix shows a quick overview on the status of jobs that are on the system and their existing documents and forms. This is viewed in a specific structure using rows and columns. The System Matrix allows you to view the list of jobs on the system, their code, job title, and status.

 

To access the Jobs Matrix System:

  • On the left column, go to Jobs.
  • Click ‘Matrix’.
  • The ‘Code’ column shows the job codes.
  • The ‘Job Title’ column shows the title of the jobs.

 

The ‘Status’ column shows the status of the jobs:

  • In progress – the job is currently in progress.
  • Complete – the job has been finished.
  • Awaiting Approval – the job needs to be approved by an administrator in order for it to be compliant.
  • Missing Requirements – the job is missing documents/forms need to be filled.


Next, there are names of forms and documents, and their status. The status is represented by colours and icons. You can also see the status of the forms and documents and the date they were assigned by hovering your mouse over the icon.

  • A green tick means the document is compliant.
  • A red x means the document is not compliant.
  • A yellow timer means the document is awaiting approval.
  • A blue question mark means the job is missing required documents.
  • A grey question mark means the document is inactive.

 

  • You can filter what you want to see by clicking 'Filter' at the top of the page. Choose from the dropdown options what you want to see, and click 'X'.
  • To remove a filter, click the paint brush icon beside what you have previously selected.
