How Do I see Reports on a Module in the System?
Reports allow the user to see data on the modules on the system by displaying the data using rows and columns. These columns can be edited to show what you want to see. Reports can also be exported which will allow you to save a copy of the report, there are different options on the format you can choose to export a report. You can make calculations on operations in the Subcontractor module.
To see a report on a module:
- On the left column, click ‘Reports’.
- Click ‘See’ beside the module name.
- The report will show under the list of modules.
- The columns show the information on the module you have selected: first name, last name, email, role, position, staff number and phone.
In the ‘Edit Columns’ section, you can select any columns you want added/removed from the report. If there are forms relating to the module you have selected, you can select questions you want to add to the columns of the report.
To Edit Columns:
- Click ‘Edit Columns’.
- Tick the box beside the column name you want to add/remove from the report.
- Click the down arrow beside the form name which you want to add questions.
- Select the questions you want to add to the columns.
To Export the report:
- Click ‘Export’ - this will export the form with general settings applied.
Or
- Click the Settings icon beside the Export button - this will allow you to filter what you want to export.
- Select the data you want to export – current or all.
- Click ‘Yes’ if you want to attach documents.
- Select which format you want to export the data.
- Select the orientation you want to view the report when it is exported.
To Filter the report:
- Click ‘Filters’.
- Select what you want to see from the dropdown options.
- Click ‘X’ at the top of the page.
- The information you would like to see in the report will now show.
To Save a Filter:
- Select the data you want to save from the dropdown options.
- Click ‘Save Filters’.
- You will be able to access your saved filters by choosing from the dropdown options under ‘Saved Filters’.
To remove a filter:
- Click ‘Filters’ at the top right corner of the page.
- Click the red paint brush icon beside the option you previously selected.
- Click ‘X’ at the top of the page.
