Employee Evaluations are implemented to recognise behaviours or actions that could lead to harm. Documenting these instances supports ongoing safety improvements and helps maintain a secure work environment.
This article includes step-by-step instructions on how to add an employee evaluation on the dulann app.
- From the home screen, tap Services at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Employee Evaluations.
- Tap Add New at the top of the screen.
- Tap on the Type you would like to add.
- Select the Employee from the dropdown options.
- Select who the evaluation was Reported By from the dropdown options.
- Enter a Brief Description.
- Enter the Occurrence Date.
- Select the Location and Project from the dropdown options.
- Click Save & Submit.
