How Do I Reset a Course
If a learner has failed a course, or if a course has expired, you have the option to reset it. You can reset a course as many times as you need.
- On the left column, go to Courses.
- Click on the course you would like to reset.
- Scroll down to the Trainees Section.
- In the Actions column, click Reset beside the relevant trainee name.
- You will be given the option to Reset All, Reset Lessons, or Reset Assessments.
- When you have made the selection, click Save & Submit.
- The learner will now be able to re-take the course.
