The People Module – LMS
The LMS (Learning Management System) is used to upload courses to the system, assign courses to employees, and monitor training progress.
Trainees
Each trainee has a personal portal with a Dashboard that shows their assigned courses and documents. When a trainee is added to the system, they receive an automated notification with a link to complete their registration. Once they complete their registration, they can begin their training. Trainees receive a notification by email when they are assigned a course.
Courses, Lessons and Assessments
Training courses can be created either using separate authoring software or using the built-in functionality on the LMS, which allows the uploading of PDF documents and videos to create course content.
Lessons and assessments can be uploaded to the system and added to courses.
Assessments can be taken at the end of a course; this will determine the trainees’ final score. Administrators can change the rules and order of lessons and assessments.
Courses can be added to Locations, Projects and User Roles.
When a learner has completed a course, they can generate a course completion certificate, which is stored in the system
Assigning Trainees to Courses
Administrators can assign trainees to existing courses in the ‘Courses’ and ‘People’ module. They can also manually assign trainees in the ‘Trainee System Matrix’.

Example
An employee has been assigned a job that involves working from heights. The job requires employees to be fully trained on how to work
from heights to ensure safety and to reduce the risk of accidents.
An administrator can assign a ‘Working at Heights’ course to the employee with the following options:
This course appears in the employee’s ‘Dashboard’ section of their personal portal. The employee completes the course by viewing all course content and passing the course assessment. The employee then generates a course completion certificate, which is stored in the system. The course status for this employee also changes from “In Progress” to “Completed”.
Trainee System Matrix
The Trainee System Matrix is a quick overview which shows a list of trainees and courses, and their course statuses. This information is presented in the form of rows and columns. Different icons are used to illustrate the different document statuses in the system. Administrators can generate trainee certificates in this section.
The Matrix allows filtering of data, where specific filtering options can be selected to show the matching details.
Training Effectiveness
Training effectiveness is documented on the LMS by administrators. This helps provide an understanding of the learner's competencies and shows areas that need improvement.
Trainee Compliance Documents
Trainee compliance documents can be fully configured in the system, which allows client companies to define their own requirements for compliance. Trainee document history can be viewed by administrators, which shows previous document uploads.

For each document, it is possible to select whether it should be taken into account for compliance (“Required”) or not.
Groups
A unique key can be given to trainees which allows them to register themselves to a particular group.
