Subcontractor Evaluations Module

The Subcontractor Evaluations Module is used to record the performance and health & safety practices of subcontractors. Conducting and recording these evaluations helps ensure that subcontractors remain compliant and maintain safety standards. Evaluation forms can be customised to include all necessary information relevant to each assessment.

Recording Subcontractor Evaluations

When first adding a subcontractor evaluation, the system requires key details, such as the name of the subcontractor and their category. Once this information has been entered, an administrator completes the evaluation form assigned to the specific type of subcontractor. Forms can be digitised using the ‘Form Builder’ module.

When setting up subcontractor evaluation types, access permissions can be assigned so that only selected roles are able to complete the relevant forms.

Subcontractor Evaluation Approval, Status and Scoring

Administrators have the ability to approve or reject subcontractor evaluations. This ensures that all assessments are completed accurately and thoroughly.

Subcontractor evaluation statuses include:

  1. Completed – all required forms have been completed and the evaluation has been approved
  2. Not Completed – some or all required forms still need to be filled in
  3. Rejected – the evaluation was rejected by an administrator

Evaluation scores are set up using the Form Builder tool. Once the forms are completed, the total evaluation score is available on the main Subcontractor Evaluations page, and can also be viewed by selecting any existing evaluation entry.

History

The system retains a full history of all subcontractor evaluations, which can be accessed by administrators as needed.
