How Do I Add a Requirement?
Requirements are rules that are in place to ensure LOTO interventions can be carried out safely. Requirements from this list can be selected as part of setting up a LOTO intervention.
- On the left side menu, go to ‘Settings’ and click ‘Requirements’.
- Click ‘+ New Requirement’.
- Enter the name, and description.
- Choose the requirements form from the dropdown options.
- Click ‘Save & Submit’.
- A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields i.e. name and form.
- A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work i.e. description.
