How Do I Configure a Fault Report Classification?
Including a Fault Report Classification when filling out a Fault Report is beneficial as it categorises the fault and can help in understanding a part of why the fault occurred.
- Click 'Settings' in the left side menu and click ‘Fault Report Types’.
- Click ‘+ New Fault Report Classification’.
- Enter the Name and Description.
- Select the Fault Report Form from the dropdown options.
- Click 'Save & Submit'.
- A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields i.e. the name, description and forms.
