How Do I Configure an Accident & Incident Classification?
Including an Accident & Incident Classification when adding an incident to the system is beneficial as it categorises the incident.
- On the left side menu, go to ‘Settings’ and click ‘Accident & Incident Types’.
- Click ‘+ New Accident & Incident Classification’.
- Enter the Name, and Description.
- Select the Accident and Incident Type from the dropdown options.
- Click ‘Save & Submit’.
- A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields.
This is required before you can add an Accident & Incident Classification:
