How Do I Configure a Risk Assessment Hazard?


Risk Assessment Hazards include details of hazards in the workplace. These can be implemented when adding a Risk Assessment to the system. By implementing Risk Assessment Hazards, this will help identify the severity and likelihood of a risk in the workplace and can help prevent future risks and incidents from occurring and maintain safety in the workplace.


  • On the left side column, click 'Settings', click 'R. Assessment Libraries'.
  • Click '+ Add Hazards'.
  • Enter the name, and description.
  • Enter the severity and likelihood of the risk.
  • Select the icon from the dropdown options.
  • Click 'Save & Submit'.


  • A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields.
