How Do I Approve and Reject an Access Check-In/Check-Out Request?


The system provides the functionality for companies to grant and record access for internal and external individuals. This includes visitors, subcontractor employees, and direct employees. The purpose of this process is to ensure that health and safety standards are upheld at each location. When a system user or external visitor has checked in or out of a location, it must be approved by an administrator to ensure the required forms have been filled.


  1. On the left column, go to Access.
  2. Click Approve or Reject in the Actions column beside the relevant name.
  3. The user will receive an e-mail notification stating their access check-in/check-out has been approved.
