When setting up administrators, the role is required to be selected.


Administrator Roles include:


EHS Administrator Roles

  • Admin - provides access to all active modules
  • Access Security - access module only
  • Location Manager - EHS module only
  • Location Administrator - LMS
  • Project Manager - EHS module only
  • Project Administrator - LMS
  • Location Sector Administrator - EHS module only
  • Project Sector Administrator - EHS module only
  • Subcontractor Documents Administrator - EHS module only
  • Plant Manager - EHS module only
  • Project Plant Manager - EHS module only
  • Site Contact/Location Job Administrator - EHS module only
  • Project Job Administrator - EHS module only


EHS Other Roles

  • Direct Employee - LMS, QMS, MMS, system setting “Employee can Login” required (System approval required)
  • Subcontractor Employee -LMS, QMS, MMS, system setting “Employee can Login” required (System approval not required)
  • Subcontractor Administrator - EHS module only


LMS Administrator Roles

  • Admin - provide access to all modules
  • Trainer - LMS module only
  • Location Manager - 
  • Location Administrator - LMS module only
