How Do I Approve Accidents and Incidents?
Administrators can approve accidents and incidents which shows the accident has been accurately documented.
To Approve Accidents and Incidents:
- On the left column, go to ‘Accidents and Incidents’.
- Click on the relevant accident.
- Click ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ in the Actions column beside the accident.
- A pop-up notification will show asking if you are sure you want to approve/reject the accident. If you are sure, click ‘Save & Submit’.
