How Do I Approve and Reject Accidents and Incidents?


Administrators can approve accidents and incidents to confirm that they have been accurately documented.


To Approve and Reject Accidents and Incidents:

  1. On the left column, go to Accidents and Incidents.
  2. Click on the accident you wish to approve or reject.
  3. Click Approve or Reject in the Actions column beside the accident.
  4. A pop-up notification will show asking if you are sure you want to approve/reject the accident. If you are sure, click Save & Submit.
