How Do I Approve Accidents and Incidents?
Administrators can approve accidents and incidents to confirm that they have been accurately documented.
To Approve Accidents and Incidents:
- On the left column, go to Accidents and Incidents.
- Click on the accident you'd like to approve.
- Click ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ in the Actions column beside the accident.
- A pop-up notification will show asking if you are sure you want to approve/reject the accident. If you are sure, click ‘Save & Submit’.
