How Do I Approve Accidents and Incidents?


Administrators can approve accidents and incidents to confirm that they have been accurately documented.


To Approve Accidents and Incidents:

  1. On the left column, go to Accidents and Incidents.
  2. Click on the accident you'd like to approve.
  3. Click ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ in the Actions column beside the accident.
  4. A pop-up notification will show asking if you are sure you want to approve/reject the accident. If you are sure, click ‘Save & Submit’.
