How Do I Remove an Exemption Request from a Course?

Client Administrators can remove exemption requests for users on the system by rejecting the request.


  1. On the left column, go to 'People'.
  2. Click on the user who has requested the exemption from a course and go to 'Online Training'.
  3. The exemption request will show in the 'Induction Status' column.
  4. On the left side, go to more and click 'Reject'.
  5. The exemption request will now be removed.
