How Do I Assign Passes to Employees?


The Passes Module enables the issuing of passes to employees for access to restricted areas. This ensures that only those with the appropriate training and documentation can enter designated zones, thereby helping to prevent accidents and maintain site safety.


  1. On the left column, go to Passes.
  2. Click on the pass you wish to assign employees to.
  3. Scroll down to the People section.
  4. Click Allocate/Deallocate People.
  5. Two sections will show Select to Add and Select to Remove with a list of employees, tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
  6. You also have the option to select all by clicking the blue tick at the top of the page.
  7. To deselect all, click on the red X at the top of the page.
  8. Click the arrow button.
  9. Click Close.
  10. The employees you have selected are now assigned to the pass.
