Why Am I Getting an Error When Inserting an Image into a Form?

The error is occurring because the link provided is not a valid public URL, but a local file path from your computer. Since our system cannot access files stored on your device, the image cannot be loaded.

If the image is not hosted online, it is recommend to use the Image component instead. This allows you to upload an image directly from your computer into the form during the design process.

Note the difference between these Form Builder Toolbox items:

1. File Upload - Enables the person completing the form to upload a photo or PDF while filling it out.
2. Image - Allows the form designer to insert a static image into the form. This is the component we have now used.
