Why am I Unable to Print an Audit Template?


If the Print option for an audit template is greyed out and nothing happens after selecting Save Changes, it is often because no template has been assigned to the location.


In order to print an audit template, the system must first have a template linked to the relevant site or location. If a location does not have a template assigned, the print option will remain unavailable.


To resolve this issue, ensure that the correct audit template is assigned to the site. Once the template is linked to the location, the print option will become available and the template can be printed normally.
